I'm choosing a picture of my house to represent Behaviorism because i grew up in this house and with the environment i grew up in i learned that i would get rewarded for doing good and punished for doing bad. Behaviorism (in my own words) is our response to the environment that shape us into who we are. So living in this house made me who i am and who i'm destine to become
A crowd may not seem like much to most but a crowd in my eyes is a nightmare and i feel that way because of a childhood experience. When i was 6 years old i got lost in a crowd at the mall and now the sight of a crowd frightens me and i feel this represents Psychoanalysis because psychoanalysis supports the idea childhood event affect your behavior later on in life.
I was raised by my mother ,grandmother ,and grandfather they taught me basic life skills like how to walk how to talk whats right and whats wrong they helped me make choices on my own they showed me to be independent and not to always depend on someone for something and because of that i feel they represent Cognitive Psychology because they shaped me to think the way i think and cognitive psychology is the study of the mental processes such as thinking or problem solving
I am choosing a picture of the school i attend because it made me realize i enjoy when my work is noticed it helped me realize a few of my life goals it helped me develop my dissension making skills and humanistic psychology is self-actualization the study of the individual and the school I attend Marcos De Niza helped me self-actualize
EA or electronic arts is a company that produced many great games and some of those games like Battlefield or battlefront have helped me create some great memories and i feel that EA's logo represents Gestalt psychology to be exact one of the principals of gestalt psychology closure is the principal i am talking about closure is when an element is incomplete and the EA logo is not enclosed but enough shape is indicated for me to know is and EA so i what it is
when i see this photo i feel happy because it reminds me of something that brings me joy i don of the sun i think of a fictional character named Naruto because in a show i would watch when i was younger he was the main character and he was portrayed as the sun of the show and that ties to structuralism because the image makes me feel happy it also ties to functionalism because a childhood memory can make me feel the way i feel about something
